The Account Executive will handle daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, process invoices, and support the finance team in accurate reporting. The role includes reconciliations, vendor coordination, data entry, and assisting in monthly closing and audit activities.Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts Process vendor invoices, receipts, and payments Prepare and verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents Handle bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations Assist in month-end closing, MIS reporting, and audits Maintain proper documentation and follow accounting controls Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve financial discrepanciesQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field 1–3 years of accounting experience (Fresher with strong skills can also apply) Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles Proficiency in Tally / ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work on-site in HimmatnagarIndustry Food & Beverage / Food ManufacturingEmployment Type Full-time
