Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement & Strategy - Interpret client briefs to develop strategic digital media plans and guide digital strategy alongside client and internal stakeholders. - Build and maintain relationships with clients and media owners to ensure plan alignment and campaign success. - Media Planning & Execution - Lead campaign planning across search, social, display, and programmatic channels (90%+ digital focus). - Supervise campaign setup with internal teams (ad ops, biddable) to meet performance objectives. - Optimization & Analysis - Track and analyze campaign performance; conduct post-campaign evaluations and optimization recommendations. - Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for efficiency improvements and budget reallocation. - Team Leadership & Coordination - Guide and mentor planning teams; oversee resource allocation and project delivery timelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, data, production) to ensure cohesive campaign integration. - Industry Intelligence & Innovation - Stay current on digital media advancements and channel innovations (e.g., vendor tools, programmatic formats). - Network with vendors and partners, leveraging proprietary tools and participating in industry forums.Essential Qualifications & Skills- Experience: 8 +years in digital media planning, preferably within an agency setting. - Education: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields. - Channel Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital ecosystems—Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Amazon DSP, Sizmek—and analytics tools like Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Comscore. - Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns. - Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities. - Planning & Project Management: Proven capability in strategic planning, timeline adherence, and multitasking. - Client-facing Skills: Proficient in client servicing, negotiations, and proactive query resolution.Adaptability: Comfortable in dynamic environments, meeting deadlines under pressure.
