The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on ROI, lead generation, and brand visibility across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Client Strategy & Relationship Management- Understand business goals of US/UK clients and create tailored digital marketing strategies. - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international accounts. - Present digital marketing plans, performance reports, and insights to stakeholders regularly. - Manage expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Campaign Planning & Execution- Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Display, Content Marketing, and more. - Plan and optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and engagement. - Oversee the creation of ad creatives, copywriting, and content calendars aligned with client brand messaging and compliance requirements.Team & Project Management- Lead a team of SEO specialists, PPC experts, social media managers, designers, and content writers. - Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor deliverables to ensure timely execution. - Collaborate with creative and tech teams for website enhancements, landing pages, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.Analytics & Reporting- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc. - Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and growth. - Create weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.Market Research & Trend Analysis- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools—especially for the US and UK markets. - Conduct competitor and audience research to inform campaign strategies.Required Skills & Experience:- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing international clients (US/UK). - Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar CRM tools. - Experience with B2B and B2C marketing models. - Excellent project management and team leadership skills. - Strong English communication and presentation skills. - Familiarity with data privacy laws and ad policies applicable in the US/UK (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Google Ads and Analytics Certification. - HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Ads Certification is a plus. - Experience working in an agency setup with multiple concurrent projects.
