If you understand jewellery trends, product planning, sales movement, and love building collections that perform — this role is for you.We are looking for a Retail Jewellery Store Merchandiser who can own end-to-end merchandising operations and ensure the right products reach the right customers at the right time.Key Responsibilities- Inventory Planning & Stock Management: Maintain ideal stock levels, monitor product movement, manage replenishment, and plan fast/slow-moving SKUs. - Production Coordination: Work closely with manufacturing teams for follow-ups, QC updates, completion timelines, and accurate dispatch. - Designer Team Coordination: Assist in developing new collections, provide sales insights, and ensure designs align with current trends & customer preferences. - Sales & Inventory Analysis: Track product performance, movement reports, ageing inventory, and contribute to assortment planning. - Customer Order Management: Handle custom orders, approvals, deadlines, and ensure smooth, timely order fulfilment. - E-commerce Order & Listing Management: Manage online orders, stock syncing, listing accuracy, dispatch coordination, and ensure product availability across channels. - Team Leadership: Guide store merchandising staff, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day operations. - Planning & Organising: Create merchandising plans, product calendars, and ensure operational readiness for store and online demand.Ideal Candidate- 3-5 years experience in jewellery merchandising, retail jewellery operations, category management, or product development. - Hands on own experince any ERP - Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel/MIS. - Excellent communication and coordination ability across teams. - Highly organised, detail-oriented, and strong follow-up skills. - Ability to balance store, production, and e-commerce requirements.Location: Surat Apply: hr@Mention: Application – Jewellery Merchandiser (Surat)
