Job Description

- Lead and manage end-to-end hiring for BayOne India across all internal departments, including HR, Operations, Finance, Delivery, and Recruitment. - Collaborate with department heads and leadership teams to identify talent needs, define job requirements, and design effective hiring strategies. - Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance, accountability, and alignment with organizational goals. - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels — job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networks. - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience and uphold BayOne’s employer brand throughout the hiring process. - Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to optimize efficiency and quality of hire. - Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to strategic workforce planning initiatives.Key Skills & Requirements:- 5–8 years of proven experience in internal/corporate hiring or talent acquisition within IT, consulting, or services organizations. - 3–5 years of experience in leading and managing a recruitment team. - Strong understanding of multiple business functions (HR, Ops, Finance, Delivery, etc.) and ability to recruit across diverse domains. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Hands-on expertise in sourcing tools, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms. - Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment. - Strategic thinker with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering high-quality talent solutions.
