Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Unfied Operation Center (Wonderware System Platform)(Aveva System Platform/ Wonderware) with a strong background in large strategic AOC (Aveva Operation Centre) and iMOMS(Integrated Manufacturing Operation Management) projects for its Global Oil and Gas customers.Key Responsibilities• Lead the medium to large scale unified operations project on Aveva System Platform as functional consultantpreferably in oil and gas domain.• Lead requirement gathering, customer workshops, elaborate requirements, define KPI’s, use cases, mock-ups, andauthor FDS.• Design and Architect Unified Operation centres by integrating various data sources and identifying the use cases forthe client.• Develop and demonstrate relevant use cases as a presales support activity.• Draft the solutions in technical proposals in response to the enquiries and bids.• Support the project / Organization leadership with all relevant information for planning and execution.• Work with the delivery team to support the application post implementation and help in upselling.• Define quality assurance approach and exit criteria’s for a stage gate clearances during the project implementationand handover.• Candidate should have knowledge of various business processes involved in entire supply chain of Oil and Gasindustry.Technical Skills :• Capability to define KPI and provide use case scenarios for various departments/functions in Oil and Gas domain.• Expert in developing applications on Aveva System Platform/ Wonderware.• Exposure to historians such as Aspen IP21, Honeywell PHD, Yokogawa Exequatur etc.• Handson with Integration of systems like OSI PI, SAP, ORACLE, Asset Management Systems, Safety Applications,Dashboarding & Reporting platforms.• Should have experience with development skills in PowerBI, Tableu, P2, Aveva PI Vision, Wrike, Web Solutions likeHTML5 etc.• Should have worked on Integration and Data Sources: Time Series Database, MQTT Protocols, OPC Protocols, RDBMS,OLEDB, ODBC etc.• Extensive experience in customer handling, Requirement Gathering, Definition of solution.• Experience in leading the designing and execution of data integration strategy cross multiple applications using IT andOT protocols.• Working experience on deploying solution on cloud/virtual machines.• Should have understanding for redundant/High Available configuration.• Should have know how in configuring backup and disaster recovery.• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Educational Qualifications & Certifications• B.Tech., M.Tech. in Chemical / Petrochemical / Process Engineering or any engineering• Minimum 10+ years of experience working as Oil and gas, Systems Platforms and UOC portfolios.• Experience in working with large, diversified teams and working as team player.• Certification as is any courses completed in AI / Data Analytics / Deep Learning.• Excellent written and spoken English skill. Should not have any constraint on traveling.
