The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a track record of delivering accurate and timely financial results.Responsibilities● Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards - IndAS.● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.● Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.● Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with various departments.● Monitor budget vs. actual performance and highlight variances with actionable insights.● Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.).● Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and ensure the timely completion of audits.● Manage daily cash flow and working capital requirements.● Optimize fund utilization and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.● Strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets.● Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.Requirements:● A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.● Prior work, e.g., with Big4 preferred.● Prior working experience with Ind AS financial and audit closing with Big 4 auditors.● Up to 7 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.● Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.● Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Experience:● Prior work, e.g., with Big 4.● Working exposure with Ind AS accounting and reporting
