Senior MySQL Database Administrator (9+ Years)Location - CoimbatoreImmediate Joiner PreferredWe are hiring an experienced Senior MySQL DBA to manage and optimize our database environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in database administration, performance tuning, backups, and replication.Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain MySQL databases across production and development environments. - Perform regular backups, restorations, and ensure reliable disaster recovery processes. - Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot MySQL replication setups. - Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and configuration upgrades. - Ensure database security, health monitoring, and capacity planning. - Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support releases and resolve DB issues.Skills RequiredPrimary Skills- MySQL DBA (installation, configuration, tuning) - Database backup & recovery - Replication (Master–Slave, GTID, etc.) - Performance optimization & troubleshootingSecondary (Good to Have)- Experience with Azure Cloud - Scripting knowledge (Shell/Python)✅ Requirements- 9+ years of hands-on experience as a MySQL DBA - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and documentation abilities - Immediate joiners preferred - Must be willing to work from Coimbatore office
