The Manual Tester will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, reviewing requirements and specifications to create detailed test plans, and collaborating with the development team to ensure quality. The role also includes ensuring that applications function as intended and meet the established standards through meticulous testing processes.Qualifications- Proficiency in manual software testing and familiarity with testing processes and methodologies. - Ability to design and write detailed test cases and plans based on requirements and specifications. - Understanding of bug tracking tools and experience in reporting and tracking bugs effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, isolate, and communicate issues. - Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers and stakeholders. - Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance metrics. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. - Knowledge of any test automation tools or an interest to learn is a plus.
