Role OverviewResponsible for strategic growth and executive engagement across large enterprise accounts. This role partners closely with Customer Success to drive commercial expansion, strengthen C-suite relationships, and deliver HR transformation outcomes. HR Tech / HRMS experience is mandatory to effectively manage complex enterprise deployments and stakeholder environments.Key Responsibilities- Lead commercial ownership for high-value HR Tech enterprise accounts. - Build strong relationships with CHRO, CIO, CFO, and transformation leaders. - Drive cross-sell/upsell of HRMS modules, services, and integrations. - Lead Executive Business Reviews and strategic alignment sessions. - Develop and execute joint account plans and governance frameworks. - Identify risks (churn, adoption, competitive threats) and act proactively. - Represent customer needs internally and influence product roadmap.Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience (Mandatory)- 15+ years in Enterprise Account Management / Customer Strategy within HR Tech, HRMS, or Payroll SaaS. - Proven success managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts and C-suite stakeholders. - Strong understanding of HR technology landscapes, digital HR transformation, and enterprise buying cycles.Skills- Strong commercial acumen and value-selling capability. - Executive presence with excellent stakeholder management. - Strategic thinker with customer-first mindset. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. - Hands-on HR Tech / HRMS experience is non-negotiable.Success Metrics- Revenue growth and account expansion - Cross-sell / upsell conversions - Executive engagement strength - Renewal and retention outcomes - Transformation roadmap execution
