We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment bookings and inquiries. - Explain clinic services including skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments. - Follow up with leads generated through ads, social media, and walk-ins. - Confirm appointments and manage daily patient schedules. - Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and client details. - Provide basic consultation guidance and route complex queries to doctors. - Ensure excellent customer service and patient engagement.Requirements:- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred. - Prior experience as a telecaller, receptionist, or customer support executive is an advantage. - Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Punjabi preferred. - Confident, polite, and persuasive personality. - Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems is a plus.What We Offer:- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives. - Friendly and professional work environment. - Growth opportunities within the clinic. - Training on clinic services and client handling.Work Timings: Full-time, On-siteLocation: Chandigarh
