Company - Dream Road Technologies Pvt LtdWebsite - Designation - Jr. Manager/Manager - Corporate SalesLocation - GurgaonCTC - 3-4 LakhJob Description:- Engage with corporate employees through on-ground activities, presentations, and discussions to educate them on tax-efficient car leasing benefits - Support senior team members in developing corporate partnerships and managing relationships - Assist in executing employee engagement campaigns inside corporate offices - Manage leads, customer conversations, follow-ups, and support conversion to successful deals - Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and update daily funnel and activity reports - Coordinate with internal operations & customer success teams for smooth onboarding - Conduct research on target corporates, competition, and market insights - Support preparation of weekly and monthly business performance reports - Participate in corporate events, roadshows, HR/Employee sessions, and meetings as required - Identify opportunities for new business and revenue growthDesired candidate:- Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in sales / business development / corporate relations - Excellent communication & presentation skills - Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with senior professionals - Good with numbers and basic Excel skills - Familiarity with CRM tools preferred (training will be provided) - Energetic, self-driven, and willing to travel for corporate activations - Strong ownership, positive attitude, and target-driven mindset - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Passion for automotive, mobility, or fintech sectors is an advantage
