We are looking for a Sr Delivery Manager to oversee and drive our Trust & Safety engagement with one of the world’s leading fintech clients.This role focuses on strengthening Seller Risk and Fraud Risk capabilities across Acquirers, Merchants, Marketplaces, Payment Facilitators, and digital commerce ecosystems.Responsibilities- Lead and contribute to Seller Risk advisory engagements across the APAC region. - Engage with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and define risk solutions. - Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects with strong quality, documentation, and timelines. - Support proposal development and help enhance the Trust & Safety advisory portfolio. - Collaborate with internal teams (Risk, Product, Merchant & Acquiring, etc.) to co-create innovative risk solutions. - Serve as a subject-matter expert in Seller Risk Strategy, Merchant Risk, and Fraud Management.Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in Risk and/or Fraud Management with acquirer banks, large merchants, payment facilitators, or card networks. - Strong hands-on exposure to the merchant acquiring ecosystem. - Expertise in Merchant Onboarding, Risk Assessment, Transaction Fraud Monitoring, Chargeback/Dispute Management, and Fraud Operations. - Deep understanding of the APAC acquiring and merchant risk landscape. - Working knowledge of fraud management tools, transaction monitoring platforms, and digital risk controls. - Experience in fraud analytics or analytical tools/programming (preferred). - Familiarity with issuer-side fraud risk is a plus. - Experience using or contributing to risk models such as fraud prediction models.
