The role involves providing medical care and consultation to patients, promptly diagnosing and treating illnesses or injuries, and documenting patient medical records accurately. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care while adhering to hospital policies and ethical standards.Qualifications- Strong clinical skills, including diagnosis, treatment, and patient care - Proficiency in working collaboratively with healthcare teams and other medical professionals - Good communication skills and the ability to empathize effectively with patients - Ability to remain calm under pressure and make critical decisions in emergency situations - MBBS or MD degree from a recognized institution and a valid medical license - Prior experience in a hospital setting is a plus - Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required
