The candidate will be responsible forexecuting, supervising, and delivering ELV projects — including CCTV, Public Address(PA) Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Access Control — from inception to completion,ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines, along withpreparing and verifying project billing.Key Responsibilities Project Execution:o Implement and supervise ELV works as per approved drawings, technicalspecifications, and project schedules.o Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution. Technical Management:o Install, configure, and test ELV systems (CCTV, PA, Fire Alarm, AccessControl).o Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and system integration. Billing & Documentation:o Prepare project-related billing, measurement sheets, and BOQs forsubmission.o Verify subcontractor bills and coordinate with accounts for timely processing.o Maintain accurate project records and reports. Coordination:o Liaise with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure designcompliance.o Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Quality & Safety Compliance:o Ensure all ELV installations meet quality and safety standards.o Perform inspections and testing prior to handover. Material & Resource Planning:o Assist in material requisition, inventory control, and resource allocation.Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of CCTV, PA System, Fire Alarm Systems, and AccessControl. Familiarity with ELV integration in construction projects. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Proficient in troubleshooting, commissioning, and billing preparation. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
