Reporting to the VP ofTechnology & Architecture, this role defines the standards, frameworks, and AI-assisteddevelopment practices that unify our web platform across all products.This is a builder + governor role: part visionary architect, part execution leader. Thearchitect will leverage AI tools, automation, and telemetry to design modular, resilientsystems while mentoring teams to think, design, and build as AI-First Engineers.How You Will Make An Impact.1. Architect an AI-Enhanced Full-Stack Framework● Define modular, maintainable architecture patterns across Angular + Node.js +GraphQL.● Embed AI design companions (ChatGPT, Cursor.AI, Bolt.AI) for rapid code scaffolding,linting, and test generation.● Build reusable UI and API frameworks that accelerate product velocity and enforceconsistency.2. Drive Quality, Performance, and Observability● Integrate telemetry tools (Sentry, Datadog, New Relic) to monitor performance, APIlatency, and frontend rendering.● Implement self-diagnosing error frameworks that use AI to classify, summarize, andrecommend fixes.● Establish non-functional benchmarks — load time, uptime, regression rate — andensure compliance across all releases.3. Standardize DevOps + CI/CD Practices● Collaborate with the Release Manager and Engineering Ops to implement fullyautomated CI/CD pipelines.● Define AI-driven code-review policies and automated test suites (Testim, Playwright,Cypress).● Ensure repeatable, zero-downtime deployments with rollback automation and versiontraceability.4. Integrate AI, Data and Edge Intelligence● Architect APIs and microservices that power AI agents, analytics dashboards, and MLpipelines.● Design data exchange frameworks for seamless integration with SAP, Maximo, andother OT systems.● Pilot computer-vision and AI orchestration capabilities within full-stack workflows (e.g.,anomaly detection dashboards).5.
