Job Title: YouTube Manager (Agriculture Category)Location: Noida, Sector 62Work Mode: On siteCompensation: 5lpa - 7lpaRole Overview:Responsible for managing multiple organic media channels—YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram —focusing on educational content for agriculture government exam aspirants. The role involves content planning, audience engagement, and growth strategies tailored to IBPS AFO, agricultural officer, or other agriculture exams to support aspirants with timely, relevant updates and resources.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram that cater to agriculture exam aspirants. - Create and schedule educational posts, videos, reels, stories, and Telegram messages aligned with exam syllabi, important dates, and career opportunities. - Manage and grow engagement across platforms by responding to queries, hosting live Q&A sessions, and conducting polls and contests. - Coordinate with faculties/subject-matter experts to produce accurate, exam-focused educational content and resources. - Use platform analytics to track content performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics; optimize strategies accordingly. - Moderate and manage community interactions on Telegram groups and Instagram comments to maintain a positive, informative environment. - Stay updated with agriculture and banking exam notifications, syllabus changes, and recent government policies to provide accurate, timely information. - Monitor competitor channels in the education space to bring in innovative content ideas and best practices. - Ensure compliance with platform policies and copyright laws on all digital content.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Background or experience in agriculture government exams such as IBPS AFO, Agricultural Officer, or similar. - Proven knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram platform management and content creation. - Strong communication skills in Hindi and English to effectively engage aspirants across these channels. - Ability to create compelling, clear educational content and visual assets tailored for each platform. Experience using analytics tools for YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram to measure content success and audience behavior. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multi-platform content calendars. - Familiarity with government exam patterns, syllabus, and aspirant concerns specific to agriculture or banking sectors. - Preferred Attributes Experience managing multiple social media accounts for educational or government exam preparation content. - Proficiency with video editing, graphic design tools, and basic copywriting is a plus. - Experience moderating Telegram communities or managing engaged group chats. - Passionate about education, government exams, and contributing to aspirants' success.
