Doctor & Hospital Relationship Management- Conduct monthly in-person meetings with assigned Gynaecologists to share updates and strengthen partnerships. - Collaborate with hospital staff to create awareness and help enroll expectant parents for stem cell banking.2. Key Account Management- Build and manage partnerships with women & child care hospitals to drive business growth. - Educate expectant parents through counselling, short pitches, and distributing educational materials.3. Marketing Event Execution- Plan & execute minimum 4 marketing events per month to boost brand visibility and client engagement.4. Customer Delight & Sales- Collect client information, conduct cold calls, and deliver in-person presentations at home/office/hospital. - Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collection kit delivery & coordination with paramedic teams. - Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals.5. Market Intelligence- Share insights on market trends, competition, and opportunities for strategic decision-making.6.
