Built by experienced post-production professionals, we’re driven by creativity, craft, and collaborative excellence.What You’ll Do- Oversee administrative functions: office management, vendor coordination, procurement, facilities and maintenance. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employees to ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations. - Establish and maintain HR policies, process documentation and compliance records. - Support payroll coordination, attendance, leave management and statutory requirements. - Facilitate internal communication, staff welfare initiatives and training programs. - Assist leadership in workforce planning and operational coordination.What We’re Looking For- 3–6 years’ experience in HR & Admin — experience in media, entertainment or creative services is a plus. - Strong understanding of Indian labour laws, payroll processes and statutory compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with artists, technicians and creative teams. - A charismatic, approachable personality with the ability to engage people effortlessly — someone who brings positive energy, communicates with confidence, and builds trust across all levels. - Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. - Degree/Diploma in HR, Management, or related field.Work Model & Benefits- Flexible hybrid working model — only 2 days per week required from office. - A vibrant, creative workplace with highly collaborative teams. - Opportunities to influence culture and drive operational excellence. - Competitive compensation and a supportive, growth-oriented environment. - Studio location: Chennai.If you’re excited to shape culture and support a growing creative studio, we’d love to meet you.
