Technical Project Manager Location – Hyderabad,Years of experience needed –Minimum 14 + Years of relevant experience:Domain required: skills in Banking domain Technical Project management experienceResponsibilities: Manage Customer Project Delivery Revenue as detailed in Impact Section Very Large/ Complex/ Multiple Regions or Global High/ Very High Risk High/ Very High Complexity Legal & Commercial Issues Manages Project Financials Meets or Exceeds approved budgets Provides reliable financial forecasts to management Manages Client Relationships Manages complex/ multifunction and/ or global delivery relationships with senior and executive (“C” Level) client management Communicates the direct value our capabilities will provide to our business partners & customers Manages Project Team and having experience into GCC Projects. Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size greater than 30 people Mentors & encourages skill development of project team members through others Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors Mentors others, providing a role model and support for individual development Knowledge & Skills: Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques Good understanding of Datacenter, Application Migrations & Implementations Good understanding of DevOps Solution Implementations Proven expertise in Cloud Solutions and other relevant technologies Recognized as a leader in the PM Professions community Education & Experience required: First Level University Degree. Advanced Degree Preferred 6-7 years’ experience in project management role a must PMP Certified Agile Scrum Certified Complexity: Works on complex projects where analysis of situations or data require and in-depth evaluation of multiple, complex factors, and significant use of judgment Delivers projects affecting multiple client divisions or the enterprise Manages a portfolio of projects or a program and supervises other project managers on very large multi-function, multivendor projects Projects may be global Manages projects requiring advanced scheduling and coordination techniques to meet client deadlines
