In earlier process only dosage level capacity mapping was done.QA/ QC related capacity assessment & initiations of necessary actions / approvals also need to done.Impact of product mix also need to consider during capacity calculations.Ensure that thorough and comprehensive de-bottlenecking solutions are identified & implemented to optimize the network for planning capacityAs a result of granular capacity calculations comprehensive debottlenecking solutions need to be identified & implemented like Manning addition / Capex addition or Product transfers.Getting the required Capex / additional manning approved by providing necessary detailed justification to finance / managementLeading end of end Tech transfers to ensure serviceability of critical products.Drive serviceability & resolve capacity related queries to ensure smooth operationsEnsure strategic alignment with cross functional teams through regular updates to update demand scenariosIPD / AVD slot allocation without hampering the supply of regular orders.Capacity allocation of New business opportunity other than Strat plan.Evaluation of Material Constraints for Capacity Building in terms of product serviceabilityEnsure process sustenance is achieved as per Cipla’s standards and expectationsPreparing & analyzing monthly Capacity adherence report to understand the gaps of theoretical & actual capacity.Tracking of capacity enhancement projects for export sites.Contribution towards digital improvement --Completing overall resource wise utilization project from(conceptualization ---> trail run with YMP ---> collaborative troubleshooting ---> Training teammate ----> Discussion with units ---->Alignment with CFT)Contributed to standardize all the critical reports within team & developing power BI dashboards for quicker analysis out of it.Education QualificationGraduate with sound knowledge of Operations & good exposure to MS office + MBARelevant Work Experience3-6 years with strong analytical abilities, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills & clarity of thought process (manufacturing background preferred
