We have a dedicated MICE team who are experts at marrying the corporate travel and tourism experience with memorable well-curated itineraries that not only captures the fun in your travels but strives to offer something with unparalleled hospitality innovation and on-ground expertiseWe are now expanding our horizons into the Exhibitions and Experiential Spaces domain - a new business vertical focused on designing and fabricating exhibition stalls, and in the long term, developing proprietary and collaborative exhibition IPs.About the role:The resource will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, building client relationships, and delivering successful exhibition projects. The role demands a strategic thinker with a strong sales background in the exhibitions and expos, combined with an understanding of design, fabrication, and end-to-end client servicing. If you have the drive to build something from the ground up, a passion for connecting brands with audiences, and the business acumen to grow a new vertical, we’d love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for exhibition stall design and fabrication services. - Build a strong sales pipeline by targeting clients across key industries - FMCG, Automobile, BFSI, Pharma, IT, Consumer Durables, and more. - Develop strategic partnerships with exhibition organizers, trade associations, and marketing agencies. - Create proposals, pitch presentations, and cost estimates aligned to client needs and budgets. - Achieve revenue and profitability targets for the exhibitions vertical.Client Servicing & Project Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from briefing to project completion. - Coordinate with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure flawless project delivery. - Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards across all deliverables. - Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.Strategic Growth & Exhibition IP Development- Explore opportunities for developing proprietary or collaborative exhibition IPs aligned to Hyperlink’s business strategy. - Contribute insights on emerging trends, technologies, and formats in exhibitions and brand experiences. - Build and nurture a network of vendors, designers, and partners to enhance delivery capabilities.Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills- Experience: 7–12 years of experience in Exhibition Sales / Exhibition organisers & Services, with proven revenue generation track record. - Exposure to event sales or client servicing will be an added advantage. - Strong client network and understanding of industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B events. - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and scale a new business line from inception. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and innovation. - Should have commercial understanding of the exhibition business.What We Offer- Exposure to large-format events, multi city activations & community led IPs, across industries. - A culture that’s creative, entrepreneurial, and unafraid to experiment. - Competitive salary with flexible tax friendly structure. - Flexi & Hybrid working & time off policy, including annual “work from anywhere” days. - Comprehensive and gender-neutral parental leave (including adoption & surrogacy). - Childcare support: compressed working hours & creche allowance. - Family medical insurance including same-gender partner cover. - Preventive health check-ups. - Gender-neutral anti-harassment policy. - Access to mental wellness programs & counselling. - Opportunities to attend notable events & concerts.We’re an equal-opportunity employer, encouraging candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
