The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business strategy across sales, production, operations, and finance.Key Responsibilities- Perform deep data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities - Build and maintain dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI - Support leadership with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting - Analyse data across Sales, Production, Operations, Finance - Improve data accuracy, structure, and standardization across teams - Work closely with India and US teams for data consolidation and insights - Develop forecasting models, cost analysis, and performance trackers - Ensure strong data governance, validation, and hygieneRequirements- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics - Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI (or any BI tool) - Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights - Strong communication and presentation skills - Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset - Experience in manufacturing, exports, or jewellery industry is a plus.Why Join Us?- Great Place to Work – 3 Years in a Row - Work with one of the fastest-growing companies in our sector - Exposure to global markets, especially the USA - Big growth opportunity as we scale our data tools & systems - Collaborative, supportive, and high-performance work culture - Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership
