Job Title: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) (English)Location: DLF Phase 1 & Sector 70 A, GurgaonKey Responsibilities:Curriculum Planning and Implementation:- Develop and implement lesson plans following the CBSE curriculum. - Design engaging and interactive teaching materials to facilitate effective learning. - Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.Classroom Management:- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. - Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities.Assessment and Evaluation:- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress. - Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments. - Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.Student Development:- Foster intellectual, emotional, and social development of students. - Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills. - Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth.Professional Development:- Stay updated on the latest developments in English language and literature education. - Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills. - Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.School Activities:- Actively participate in school events, committees, and extracurricular activities. - Support the school's vision and mission in all aspects of teaching and learning.Qualifications:- Master's or Bachelor's degree in English. - B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. - Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred. - Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and examination patterns.
