Job DescriptionJob Title: Executive Assistant and Corporate Communications SpecialistReports to: MD & CEOJob Overview: The Executive Assistant and Corporate Communications Specialist is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the MD & CEO and other members of the executive team while also managing the company's internal and external communications.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the MD & CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed - Screen and prioritize incoming calls and correspondence, responding as appropriate - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents - Arrange and coordinate travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation - Prepare and manage expense reports - Act as liaison between the executive team and other departments, as well as outside organizations - Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned - Maintaining Confidentiality of sensitive information - Develop and execute internal and external communication plans and strategies to promote the company's image and reputation - Draft and edit press releases, speeches, presentations and other communication materials - Build and maintain relationships with media and other stakeholders - Coordinate and support events and other public relations activitiesQualifications:- Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously - Strong attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Experience in Leadership Itinerary Management - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role - Experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to work independentlyDanieli India Limited () is currently seeking new talented individuals to join our Admin Team.
