HR Manager – Job DescriptionSalary Range:₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Company:Pitambra Film & Production Role OverviewThe HR Manager will oversee and manage all HR-related functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. The role requires a responsible, proactive, and disciplined individual who can maintain smooth operations and support the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end hiring for all departments. Conduct interviews, screening, and shortlisting of candidates. Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and orientation. 2. Attendance, Leave & Discipline ManagementMaintain attendance records and enforce company leave policies. Ensure employees follow office timings and discipline guidelines. Address late-coming, absenteeism, and behavioural issues professionally. 3. Performance & Employee ManagementMonitor employee performance and share reports with management. Conduct monthly meetings to evaluate target achievements. Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and resolutions. 4. HR Operations & DocumentationMaintain HR records, employee files, and contract agreements. Generate reports on recruitment, performance, and employee retention. Implement and update HR policies as per management direction. 5. Office Culture & ComplianceEnsure a productive, positive, and professional work environment. Conduct training sessions, motivational activities, and team-building tasks. Ensure HR compliance, company rules, and ethical standards are followed. Key Skills RequiredStrong communication & leadership skills Knowledge of HR policies and labour rules Excellent coordination & documentation abilities Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills Professional behaviour and decision-making ability Experience1–3 years of HR experience preferred (films/production/media industry is a plus).
