As a key member of our global BR&AF, you will provide combined assurance to the Executive Board and Audit Committee, directly influencing our governance and control practices worldwide. Learn more about our mission, history and values on our website:how you will contribute As our Cyber Controls & Audit Expert, you will: Lead Assurance: Help lead the BR&A IT focus team, providing management with combined assurance utilizing insights from risk management, internal control, and internal audit, focusing on our cyber and IT domain (SOC, SIM, IT/Information Security, Cyber Resilience). Execute & Report: Coordinate and execute risk management, internal control, and internal audit activities, reporting outcomes to ensure operational and control improvements are implemented. Deep Dive Audits: Independently execute technical audits, including physical security, ethical hacking, and technical validation of controls across multiple OSI layers. Coach & Mentor: Support the coaching and development of team members in cyber security and other technical expertises. Be a Critical Challenger: Use your strong, independent mindset to challenge the status quo and strike the right tone with management, advocating for a balance between cyber security control and business flexibility.who will you work with You will be a key link across our global organization, working closely with: IT & Digital Leadership: Partnering with key leaders in the IT operations and projects space. Security Communities: Collaborating with IT security, data protection, information security, and business continuity teams. BR&AF Partners: Engaging with Business Risk & Audit Partners and BR&AF stakeholders across the business. External Experts: Liaising with external co-source partners. Business Leaders: Interacting with local Management Teams (MTs), process owners, and control owners globally.what you will bring Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cyber security and risk/audit. Education: Minimum Master's degree in IT, Business, or Economics. Certifications: Related accreditations such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP are a minimum requirement. Expertise: Proven expertise in cyber security projects and processes (e.g., pentesting, SOC/CIM, IT vulnerability management). Global Acumen: Experienced in international stakeholder management and change, with BEC B1/B2 or higher Business English. Mindset: An innovative, agile thinker with a pragmatic approach, capable of translating profound technical knowledge into practical improvements.what’s in it for you This role is full-time and hybrid in our Bangalore hub, with estimated global travel of 20% to 30% to engage with global teams and operating units (in NAM, Europe & S.America).
