Front-End Engineering & Feasibility (Digital → Factory → Site)- Break down project concepts into clear engineering inputs for design, factory and site. - - Validate feasibility early — tolerances, module sizing, access, sequencing, logistics. - - Drive design freeze and ensure all teams have clarity before production begins. - - Create and maintain simple, intuitive installation and coordination instructions.2. Project Orchestration & Execution Clarity- Act as the single point of accountability connecting design, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and site teams. - Run project kickoff sessions with assumptions, risks, and alignment questions. - Monitor dependencies, track progress, unblock teams, and escalate intelligently. - Ensure every deliverable meets factory-ready quality and site-ready clarity.3. Profitability, Budget Control & Risk Intelligence- Compare Budget vs Actual (BvA) across materials, labor, logistics, rework, and timelines. - Identify engineering or process root causes for variances. - Implement early-warning signals to catch overruns before they occur. - Drive continuous improvements to improve predictable project margins.4. Issue Resolution & Cross-Team Accountability- Solve conflicts between teams with clarity, empathy, and speed. - Design says manufacturing is asking too many changes - Manufacturing says design is not buildable - Site says installation sequence is unclear - Create “never again” systems and processes for recurring issues. - Maintain a high bar for communication and documentation.5.
