The Patient Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, assisting patients with their inquiries, and providing excellent communication and support to ensure a positive patient experience. The role may also involve interacting with healthcare professionals and maintaining patient records accurately.Qualifications- multiple languages known - english, hindi, bengali - computer skills with social media handling - Knowledge of Medical Terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and ensure patient well being - Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication to provide excellent service and address patient inquiries professionally - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment - Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred - Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
