Position - Head FinanceLocation - NoidaQualification - CAExperience -15+Role -The role will provide strategic leadership across all financial operations, ensuring robust fiscal management, Financial control, Taxation, Business planning, costing, Audits, etc.Key Responsibility -Financial Management- Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing. - Ensure that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet business objectives and regulatory standards. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Provide strong accounts leadership, including consolidation of financial statements across all portfolio companies.Strategic Planning- Develop and implement the financial strategy of the company. This includes long-term financial planning and forecasting, risk management, and investment strategiesFinancial Reporting- Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements. - Ensure the timely reporting of key financial data and updates to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.Compliance- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across financial functions including taxation. - Oversee internal audit and statutory audit processes across all portfolio companiesBoard Governance & Process Management- Work closely with Company Secretary on board meeting processes including preparing presentations, board packs, documentation, and follow-up actions. - Investor Relations - Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders. - Support in capital structuring, financial modeling, and planning - Lead the financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and evaluate the economics of strategic expansion prospects.Leadership & Stakeholder Management- Lead and mentor the finance team and foster a culture of excellence. - Collaborate with business and functional heads to align financial decisions with business goals.
