Summary of the PositionProfessionals with a Diploma in Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of relevant design experience in BIM & Revit MEP, with strong knowledge in:- Revit MEP design (3D/2D modelling) - Familiarity with BIM methodology - Organized, motivated, and capable of working in a teamKey Objectives & Responsibilities- Model FACILITIES using Revit MEP, especially HVAC systems - Telecom devices modelling – SP3D and/or PDS - Cable tray modelling including tray supports – SP3D and/or PDS - Trench and duct bank routing – SP3D and/or PDS - Preparation of telecom device layout - Preparation of F&G / telecom device layout - Preparation of main cable tray routing layout - 2D extraction from 3D model - Device installation drawings - Junction box schedule, cable schedule, drum schedule - Control room cable routing and equipment layout - Cable block diagrams - Bulk MTO (cables, junction boxes, devices) - Optional Knowledge: F&G, HVACTechnical SkillsEssential- Revit - Navisworks - Microsoft OfficeDesirable- SP3D (Equipment / Cable Way / Drawing Console) - Smart Plant Review (SPR) - AutoCAD - MicroStation - PDS - PDMS - Telecom Knowledge (Optional)Other Requirements- Availability to travel to site (1 year) - Future mobilization to project - Possible mobilization to Spain office - Future possibility of transfer to Chennai office
