This role goes beyond administrative support—it is a strategic, analytical, and high-impact position designed for someone who wants exceptional exposure across investments, strategy, operations, and organization-wide initiatives.The Chief of Staff / Strategic Projects Lead will work closely with leadership to ideate, problem-solve, drive key projects, ensure follow-through, and translate priorities into actionable outcomes.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Thought Partnership- Work closely with the leader as a brainstorming and problem-solving partner on business priorities. - Analyze complex issues, structure problems, and develop recommendations. - Provide insights based on research, financial analysis, and market intelligence.2. Project Leadership & Execution- Manage and drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects across functions. - Track deliverables, ensure accountability, and maintain momentum on all initiatives. - Prepare and monitor project plans, dashboards, and leadership updates.3. Analytical & Financial Thinking- Conduct research, financial modelling, and business analysis as needed. - Support investment evaluations, benchmarking exercises, and decision memos. - Work with internal teams to gather data and translate it into actionable insights.4. Cross-Functional Coordination- Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Investments, HR, travel, Legal) to drive alignment. - Streamline communication and ensure clarity around expectations and deliverables. - Represent the leader in internal discussions and follow up on commitments.5. Leadership Support- Assist in prioritizing initiatives and organizing the leader’s strategic agenda. - Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings. - Maintain confidentiality and discretion on all sensitive matters.Candidate ProfileMust-Have:- 5–9 years experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or PE/VC portfolio roles. - Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills. - High learning agility and ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. - Excellent communication, structured thinking, and business writing skills. - A proactive, highly motivated, and self-driven personality.
