Job Title: Manager – Admissions & OutreachRole Overview:The Manager – Admissions & Operations is responsible for driving admissions targets, managing the admissions team, overseeing office operations, and ensuring smooth post-sales processes. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, field supervision, and analytical insights to enhance business performance and maintain high standards of process compliance.Key Responsibilities:1. Admissions & Sales Management- Achieve admission targets while ensuring quality post-sales follow-up. - Generate leads through calls and other channels, and monitor conversion ratios for each team member. - Allocate units effectively and track performance metrics. - Ensure timely and accurate CUIMS/UIMS data entry and reporting. - Monitor the role and tasks of Admission Counsellors to ensure efficiency and accountability.2. Team Leadership & Training- Define territories, set targets, and create weekly plans for each manager. - Support team members in the field at least 3 days a week while focusing on personal territory 3 days a week. - Conduct field training for new employees and provide ongoing coaching. - Recommend or discommend team members based on individual monthly performance. - Provide school lists and work plans month-wise for each team member. - Conduct daily fast-track sessions with the team and twice-weekly Skype reviews. - Ensure adherence to all organizational policies, processes, and discipline.3. Office & Administrative Management- Oversee office operations, including asset management, finances, and marketing collaterals. - Track inventory and raise requirements for team members at least 10 days in advance. - Maintain regular communication with leadership, including weekly review meetings with Zone Manager (ZM).4. Analysis & Strategy- Monitor competitor activity and analyze business strategies in the market. - Develop analytical skills to assess team performance and improve business outcomes. - Conduct random checks (thank-you calls, feedback calls) to verify authenticity of field visits. - Ensure proactive planning, supervision, and process adherence to drive operational excellence.
