Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development and implementation of Cirkla’s Quality Management System. You will ensure that all processes, products, and operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. As we scale our manufacturing footprint, you will be instrumental in building robust quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring delivery of world-class, sustainable packaging solutions.What You’ll Do- Responsible for managing quality of products sold by Cirkla produced at 3P locations in Asia - Develop & implement quality management program for moulded fibre products - Regularly inspect processes and outputs to ensure compliance with internal and external standards - Developing and maintaining quality standards for inspection - Collaborate closely with product development, production and sales teams - Ensure product produced is as per specifications agreed with customers - Maintain quality documentation for supplies happening from 3P factories to customers globally - Documenting and reporting product quality issues - Identify root causes of quality problems and implement corrective actions - Lead 3P factory quality management certifications like ISO, BRC etc. - Develop and implement quality audit of material suppliers, report findings and ensure corrective actionsWho you are- Technologist from reputed institutes like ICT, IIP, CFTRI etc. - 3-5 years of industry experience in Quality Assurance function in a high-growth work environment - Knowledge of moulded fibre manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory - Consistent track record of delivering quality related projects - Problem solving ability and strategic thinking - Self-starter, high ownership & hungry for personal growth - Strong communication skills and ability to deal with ambiguityWhy join us?- Impact: Be a part of the early team of a business that will create a large meaningful impact on the planet while being profitable - Wealth creation: Competitive CTC - Culture: People who are super-driven, grounded and nice to work with!Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
