With a commitment to quality and practicality, we aim to redefine how people experience modular interiors.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Production and Quality Manager at KONVERTO, located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing the production processes for modular interior products, ensuring high-quality standards, and implementing quality management systems. Additional responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimising workflows, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting issues in manufacturing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence. The position requires a proactive approach to maintaining operational efficiency and addressing production-related challenges.Qualifications- Proficiency in production management, quality control, and workflow optimisation - Basic understanding of cabinet cut-list and 2D production drawings. - Experience in modular furniture, interior manufacturing processes, and product assembly - Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills - Ability to implement and maintain quality assurance standards and resolve production issues - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail - Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred. - Prior experience in the furniture or modular interiors industry is an advantageCandidate Profile- The position Open for both Bangalore & Coimbatore (Sulur) - Min 2-6 Years Experience, with min 2 years relevant experience. - Bangalore Candidate should be comfortable commuting to Bommasandra in Bangalore. - Coimbatore Candidates should be comfortable in Commuting daily to Sulur or ready to Re-locate to Coimbatore.Can share the CV to hr@
