Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Motion Graphics Artist to join our global post-production team for a multinational FMCG brands portfolio. This role focuses heavily on adaptation-based work, including updating existing global assets with new packs, logos, supers, VOs, animations, and ratio-based formatting.The ideal candidate works efficiently without compromising precision, can manage high-volume output, and understands how to maintain fidelity to global brand guidelines while making thoughtful creative decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesMotion Design & Adaptation Work- Adapt and update existing global master assets—logos, product packs, supers, disclaimers, transitions, and motion elements. - Create clean, accurate versions across multiple ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9, etc.). - Execute quick modifications, simple animation adjustments, and seamless graphic integrations while maintaining global brand consistency. - Prepare final motion graphics files for handoff to editors and finishing artists.Technical Execution & File Precision- Ensure all animations adhere to global motion language, brand toolkits, and technical guidelines. - Manage layered files, maintaining structured timelines, organized compositions, and clearly labeled layers for downstream teams. - Deliver exports in required formats, codecs, resolutions, and bitrates.High-Volume Workflow Support- Handle multiple deliverables simultaneously and meet strict global delivery timelines. - Follow version control and maintain strict naming conventions across markets and adaptations. - Collaborate closely with editors, post producers, designers, and artwork teams.Quality Control- Conduct detailed self-QC before internal and client reviews. - Ensure all frames, supers, pack replacements, and transitions align with brand guidelines. - Maintain consistency across high volumes of assets and localized adaptations.Qualifications & Core Skills- 2–6 years of experience in motion graphics, preferably within advertising or high-volume adaptation environments. - Expertise in After Effects and proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere. - Ability to work with high accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. - Strong understanding of typography, layout, brand systems, and motion language. - Ability to interpret and adapt global master assets with precision. - Organized working style — clean project files and timelines are a must. - Familiarity with multi-market versioning, localization, and technical delivery specs. - Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. - Comfortable working with global teams and flexible with time zones when required.
