Design and maintain APIs to integrate with other systems. Quality Delivery on-time - Meeting both stated & unstated IT needs of end users. - Evaluating and adopting new technologies/new trends - Assisting end users with LMS functional questions - General support and troubleshooting of day-to-day LMS issues like performance, connectivity, dumps, API configurations, background scheduled jobs, authorization and roles and rectify minor cross platform integration problems.Job SpecificationKnowledge / EducationSpecific SkillsDesirable ExperienceGraduate / Master’s degree in computers- Strong hands-on working experience with Moodle administration and PHP technologies - Prior experience in implementation and support of Moodle solutions - Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and Server handling and any open-source technologies - Strong exposure to SDLC / Strong Exposure to IT Operations management - Logical and Business function exposure (preferably Education domain) - Interpersonal skills, Customer Orientation, Teamwork, Attention to details - 4+ Years of experienceS.N, Key Responsibilities% Time Spent1 Collaborate with academic teams, IT, vendors, and development teams for issue resolution and project execution.
