Job Title: Backend / API Developer Location:New Delhi Employment Type:Full-Time Experience Level:2–3 Years Qualification:B. Tech / MCA / M. Tech / M. Sc (IT)Role Overview We are seeking talented Backend / API Developers to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API development, database management, and backend architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.Key Responsibilities API Development: Design, develop, and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs. Manage API versioning and create clear documentation. Business Logic & Workflows: Implement server-side workflows and data processing. Ensure smooth integration with frontend and third-party services. Database Management: Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS-SQL 2014–2022) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra). Perform database design, optimization, and performance tuning. Ensure data integrity and consistency. Architecture & System Design: Build scalable and secure backend architectures (microservices or monolithic). Optimize systems for high traffic and performance. Security & Compliance: Implement authentication (OAuth, JWT) and authorization controls. Apply data encryption and protect against vulnerabilities (SQL injection, XSS). Participate in internal/external security audits. Testing & Reliability: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability. Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams. Provide clear documentation for APIs and backend systems.Required Skills Strong proficiency in Backend Development and API Design (REST, GraphQL). .NET development Hands-on experience with Relational & NoSQL Databases. Knowledge of Microservices Architecture, Performance Optimization, and Security Best Practices. Familiarity with Authentication & Authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT). Experience in Testing Frameworks and Production Monitoring.Preferred Qualifications Exposure to high-traffic systems and performance tuning. Experience in integrating third-party services (payment gateways, authentication). Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
