We’re looking for afull-stack growth marketerwho can own and scale acquisition engine across both paid and non-traditional channels. This is ahigh-ownership, high-impact roleideal for someone who blends analytical depth with creative distribution instincts. What You’ll Bring to the Table 1. Strong Performance Marketing Foundation You deeply understand how to run and scale paid acquisition across: LinkedIn, Meta, Google Industry-specific legal platforms Retargeting, attribution, CAC optimisation Landing pages, audiences, funnels, and experimentation You know how to turn paid channels intopredictable, scalable growth engines . 2. A Broad, Creative Distribution Mindset You think beyond Google + Meta. You know how to unlock new surfaces of growth such as: Newsletters & Substack collaborations Webinars, expert AMAs, and panel conversations Niche legal communities and professional groups Co-marketing with SaaS partners Founder branding, thought leadership, and content amplification Legal-tech influencers, podcasts, and association partnerships 3. Hands-On Ownership You don’t wait for resources. You: Set up and run campaigns yourself Work with design/content teams Manage budgets with discipline Execute fast, iterate faster What You’ll Do 1. Own Paid Performance Marketing Lead LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and vertical channel campaigns end-to-end Run structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages Reduce CAC while increasing qualified demo volumes Build a scalable, predictable paid acquisition engine 2. Expand Into New, High-Signal Growth Channels Unlock non-traditional acquisition pathways: Substack partnerships Podcasts, YouTube creators, KOLs Bar associations & legal groups Webinars, industry events, niche communities Co-marketing with complementary SaaS platforms Turn experiments intorepeatable channel playbooks 3. Strengthen Our Content + Distribution Engine Partner with brand marketing to amplify: LinkedIn founder/brand thought leadership Long-form blogs, product storytelling Legal AI insights + trend content Ensure content reaches the right legal audiences, in the right channels Support high-quality webinars, workshops, and product sessions 4. Funnel Management & Measurement Build dashboards tracking acquisition → activation → conversion Partner with product to strengthen key conversion moments Establish clarity in ROI, attribution, and channel performance 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with founders on category design and market positioning Align with product + sales on messaging, segmentation, personas Use market insights to sharpen channel strategy & targeting What Success Looks Like (in Your First 6 Months) You have: Improved CAC efficiency across core paid channels Scaled LinkedIn + Meta with meaningful demo uplift Added1–2 new, high-signal acquisition channels Built a repeatable, high-leverage content distribution engine Delivered weekly reporting with clear attribution & growth metrics Established yourself as thego-to owner for growth and acquisition What You’ll Bring (Must-Have) 4–8 years in growth/performance marketing (SaaS/tech/startups preferred) Hands-on operator with deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads Strong command of segmentation, retargeting, landing page optimisation Experience managing budgets and scaling omnichannel performance programs Data-driven mindset with comfort working with dashboards & CAC/LTV models Ability to blend paid + organic channels for holistic growth Creative thinker who can find and scale non-obvious distribution paths Comfortable working with founders and senior leaders in fast-paced environments Bonus Points Experience marketing to US/UK SMBs or professional services Understanding of credibility-driven sectors (legal, consulting, finance) Background in subscription or PLG growth motions Prior experience at early-stage or high-growth startups
