This role is focused onprecision IV infusion setup, pain-free patient experiences, and premium care delivery .You will be responsible for administering advanced IV protocols, supporting patient recovery, and upholding ALIV’s world-class standards of safety and service.No night shifts. Occasional travel to other ALIV locations may be required for training or clinical support, but relocation isnot mandatory .Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Patient CareSet up IV lines withflawless technique— ensuringone-prick, pain-free insertionsevery time. Administer IV infusions, regenerative injectables, and supportive therapies per ALIV protocols. Monitor patient vitals during treatments and provide immediate intervention if needed. Deliver a calm, reassuring, and premium experience for all patients.ICU / High Dependency ResponsibilitiesConfidently manage patients with critical parameters when required. Provide post-procedure monitoring and be prepared for emergencies with ICU-level readiness. Operate patient monitoring systems and escalate concerns promptly to physicians.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate patient charts, infusion logs, and medication records in EMR systems. Follow strict infection control, patient safety, and NABH-compliant nursing protocols.Team CollaborationCoordinate with physicians, clinical specialists, and front desk teams for seamless patient flow. Participate in skill-building workshops, mock drills, and continuous clinical training.Required QualificationsGNM / B.Sc Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration. 5–10 years of nursing experience , with at least:3 year in ICU/critical care. Experience in pediatric or geriatric patient care preferred. Mastery of IV cannulation and infusion therapy setup —speed, precision, and patient comfort are critical. Familiarity with patient monitoring, oxygen therapy, and emergency protocols.Desired AttributesSteady hand, precision-focused approach, and compassionate bedside manner. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide a premium patient experience.
