The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in core banking solutions—especially Finacle, Islamic banking, and enterprise workflow/digital platforms. The role demands a strong understanding of both conventional and Islamic banking processes, along with hands-on expertise in implementing complex digital transformation solutions.Key Responsibilities1. System Expertise & Consulting- Serve as the primary SME for Finacle Conventional Core, including Treasury and Trade Finance (TF) modules—covering configuration, customization, and process optimization. - Act as the SME for Finacle Islamic Core (IFB), ensuring compliance with Sharia principles and supporting Islamic banking operations. - Provide expert consultancy on integrating Finacle with digital channels and peripheral systems.2. Workflow & Digital Solutions Implementation- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions on NewGen platforms (RLOS, CLOS, BPM, DMS). - Drive digital transformation across retail and commercial workflows including loan origination and BPM initiatives. - Oversee the implementation and optimization of Document Management Systems (DMS).3. Customer Onboarding & Process Re-Engineering- Design seamless, digital-first customer onboarding journeys leveraging NewGen workflow systems. - Analyze and re-engineer processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce TAT, and improve customer experience.4.
