Role: Digital Solution consultant (Metal)Required Technical Skill Set:Strong understanding & experience of the Metal (Ferros / Non-ferrous) manufacturing processes, Industrial Automation, Process Control & Optimization, process engineering, quality control, energy optimization & Supply chain optimization.Knowledge of MES, ERP & Digital TechnologiesDesired Experience Range: 15+ yearsLocation: Pune/BangaloreDesired Competencies :Must-Have:- Expertise in steelmaking, non-ferrous metals, foundries, and rolling mill operations. - Understanding of process control, quality management, energy efficiency, and yield improvement in metal industry - Experience with SCADA, MES, DCS, and industrial automation systems, ERP & Asset management systems - Experience in IoT, AI/ML, digital twins, edge computing, Industry 4.0 for manufacturingStrategic thinking, Problem-solving mindset, good communication and presentation skills, Project management experienceGood-to-Have:- Experience of managing digital transformation program for Metal company to improve availability, safety and production performance - Experience in Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing - Knowledge of sustainable & green metal manufacturing technologies
