Senior Architect / Senior Interior Designer – Commercial Workplace Design Location:Gurugram Experience Required:Team Leadership + Client-Facing Corporate Interior Design Industry:Commercial / Corporate Interiors Employment Type:Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a talentedSenior Architect or Senior Interior Designerwith strong experience incommercial workplace design . The ideal candidate is highly creative, confident in leading client discussions, and experienced in managing design teams from concept to execution. This role requires someone who has independently led designers, drafters, and 3D visualizers, and has played a key part indesign pitches and presentationsfor corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Lead conceptualization and design development for corporate interior projects. Conduct client-facing meetings for requirement gathering, design strategy, and concept reviews. Present concepts, participate in pitches, and deliver engaging design presentations. Manage and mentor the design team to develop layouts, working drawings, and material specifications. Oversee material selection, innovation, and design detailing. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project implementation and design audits. Drive creativity, innovation, and quality throughout the design process.
