Job Title

1. Civil Construction & Structural Works- Execute and supervise all civil activities including RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting. - Manage Mi-van shuttering activities with proper alignment, safety, and quality checks. - Oversee piling works, basement construction, waterproofing, and retaining wall activities.2. Finishing & Architectural Works- Handle building finishing works including plastering, flooring, painting, masonry, and façade activities. - Coordinate with architects and subcontractors to ensure finishes meet specifications and quality standards.3. MEP Coordination- Understand and coordinate basic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems. - Ensure proper sequencing of MEP services with civil and finishing activities. - Verify MEP provisions during RCC and finishing stages.4. Estimation, Billing & Documentation- Prepare quantity estimations and material requirements as per drawings and site needs. - Prepare and verify contractor bills and maintain measurement books. - Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per structural drawings.5. Site Management & Coordination- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely execution as per project schedule. - Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.Key Skills Required:- Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and finishing works. - Experience in Mi-van shuttering and RCC execution. - Understanding of MEP systems and service coordination. - Proficient in quantity estimation, billing, and BBS preparation. - Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings. - Good communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
