Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Finance Operations: M anage finance processes for Offline Channels, includingGeneral Trade (GT)andModern Trade (MT) , ensuring alignment with business goals. Receivables & Business Finance:Bring strong expertise in receivables management, commercial operations and business finance. Distributor Finance:Oversee distributor-related financial activities includingpricing, claims settlements, and reconciliationto ensure transparency and accuracy. Customer Account Management:Ensure regular monitoring ofcustomer ageingand perform timely, accurateaccount reconciliations . Business Partnering:Collaborate closely withSales and Commercial teamsto provide actionable insights, track key performance metrics, and support strategic decisions. Process Improvement & Automation:Drive continuous improvement in finance processes throughautomation, system enhancements, and advanced Excel-based analytics . Reporting & Presentations:Prepare and present high-quality reports, dashboards, and business reviews forsenior leadership .Candidate RequirementsIndustry Experience:8–10 years of progressive experience inFMCG or Personal Caresectors with a focus onFinance, Commercial Operations, Receivables . Channel Expertise:Proven track record of managing finance operations forGeneral Trade (GT)andModern Trade (MT) , including distributor and trade partner finance. Team Leadership:Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of5–7 professionals .Key Skills: Advanced Excel skills and proficiency incommercial finance tools and processes Strongaccount reconciliationandfinancial controlcapabilities Effective communicator withexcellent interpersonal and presentationskills Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders
