Objectives of the Job :Handle Architectural & Interior Designing aspects of the projects independently, under guidance of Principal Designer & Sr. Architect. Handle drawings, planning, drafting, visits & BOQs of Sites.Principal Duties & Responsibilities :- Co-ordination with Principal Designer/ Sr. Architect Preparation of BOQs; designs, complete construction documents; write up building plans and assist in the presentation of materials. - Help Principal Designer in Site Evaluation, Quality & Design checks, and controls, as also, assist in designing & sample collection. - Site visits for checking with plans and Quality Control. - Explain designs & Tie up with production and dispatch department & Control manufacturing orders to meet time-lines. - Plan, indent & release orders for materials. - Coordinate with vendors for samples and meetings.Experience : Fresher to 1 year experience, excluding Internship.Reports To – (Functionally) : Principal Designer / Senior ArchitectReports To – (Administratively) : Principal Designer / Head Design
