You’ll coordinate between sourcing, R&D, packaging, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely product launches.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with R&D, sourcing, and design teams for new product development (NPD). - Track project timelines, approvals, and material readiness. - Liaise with vendors and third-party manufacturers for production execution. - Maintain product data sheets, BOMs, SKUs, and cost sheets. - Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory documentation (PIFs, COAs, MSDS). - Support product launch readiness with cross-functional alignment. - Optimize processes for faster turnaround and reduced delays.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Cosmetic Science, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in product operations or NPD within personal care / cosmetics / FMCG. - Strong coordination and communication skills. - Working knowledge of raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing processes. - Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / ERP systems. - Detail-oriented and organized with a problem-solving mindset.Work Location: Sector 18, GurgaonWebsite: Instagram:
