Role Overview TheLearning and Development Managerwill lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic learning initiatives that drive individual and organizational performance. This role focuses on building a strong learning culture, enhancing employee capabilities, and supporting career development aligned with business goals.2. Key Responsibilities Learning Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and fosters a culture of continuous learning. Training Needs Analysis: Identify skill and competency gaps through collaboration with leadership teams, employee assessments, and performance data. Program Design & Delivery: Design, deliver, and manage engaging learning programs using blended methodologies—classroom training, e-learning, coaching, and on-the-job training. Content Development: Create, update, and maintain learning content and training materials to ensure relevance, clarity, and practical applicability. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, centre managers, and subject matter experts to design specialized programs that address functional and behavioural development needs. Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee the LMS to track participation, performance, and compliance while driving higher engagement and usage. Evaluation & Impact: Measure training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance analytics; implement improvements based on insights. Talent & Career Development: Provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers on professional growth, career pathways, and development plans. Workshops & Learning Events: Organise leadership workshops, skill-building programs, and cross-functional knowledge-sharing sessions. Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with emerging learning technologies, tools, and industry best practices to keep programs current and impactful.3. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree ineducation, Human Resources, Business Administration , or a related field. (master’s degree preferred.) 7–9 yearsof progressive experience inLearning & Development ,Training , orOrganisational Development . Strong understanding ofadult learning principles ,instructional design , andtraining evaluation models(e.g., Kirkpatrick). Proficiency inLearning Management Systems (LMS)and digital learning platforms. Exceptionalcommunication, facilitation, and interpersonalskills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and deliver measurable results.4. Language Proficiency Telugu:Mandatory English & Hindi:Proficient5. Preferred Industry Experience Prior experience inHealthcare, Hospitality (Hotels) , orAviationindustries preferred. Should possess avibrant personality , strongsoft skills , and an approachable leadership style. Ability to collaborate effectively withCentre Management TeamsandMedical Teams . Quick learner , adaptive, and open to travel as required.6. Preferred Industry Experience Healthcare(IVF background would be a plus) Hospitality Retail7. Other Key Attributes Readiness to Travel:Ability and willingness to travel to outstation centres (approximately once a month or as required).
