Position: Director – BFSIAcademic Qualifications:- MBA in Finance or equivalent postgraduate degree - PhD in Financial Management - First Class or equivalent at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels is preferableExperience:- Minimum 15 years of teaching experience at the university level - Currently serving as Professor or Associate Professor - Minimum 4–5 research publications in Scopus-indexed journals - 1–3 years of industry experience is highly desirable and will be given preference - Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Pune are preferredResponsibilities:- Lead the department in academic, administrative, and research initiatives - Design and deliver industry-aligned curriculum and experiential learning opportunities - Mentor faculty and students in research, projects, and career development - Foster industry-academia collaboration and develop partnerships for internships, placements, and joint projects - Drive accreditation, quality assurance, and innovation in teaching methodologies
