This role involves workingclosely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, andpresentations that drive business growth.Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement. Proposal Development: Lead the creation of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and sales pitches tailored to client needs. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and presentation skills. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide insightful solutions to clients. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment andsuccessful project execution. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the cards(credit, debit, and prepaid) industry.Requirements: Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in a relevant field. Functional Background: Strong functional background in cards operations, including card issuance, financial management (delinquency, interest, fees, etc.), transaction processing, and customer service. Pre-Sales Experience: Proven experience in pre-sales roles, preferably in the financial services ortechnology sector. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills to guide cross-functional teams. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies todevelop effective sales strategies.
